Any order accepted by Rapha shall be subject to our standard terms and conditions of business and no other conditions shall apply unless expressly agreed in writing by Rapha.

Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Pricing of products are correct at the time of entering information, however, we reserve the right to change prices.
You have the right to cancel your order at any time if not totally satisfied within seven days and can return the goods unconditionally for a full refund.

Delivery
We aim to despatch orders within 24hrs of receipt of order by 1st class mail (generally 2-4 working days) unless otherwise stated.
