What does it do?
This product not only contains a broad spectrum of live probiotic bacteria (as in the Probiotic Plus) but also the prebiotic fructo-oglio-saccharides (FOS). FOS are specific carbohydrates indigestible by humans but which provide food for the beneficial gut bacteria and in doing so promote their growth at the expense of the pathogenic strains.
